Information submitted through the website enquiry form is used to respond to the enquiry and manage the resulting business relationship. Enquiry details are securely transferred to HubSpot, which Fractional Force uses as its customer relationship management platform and data processor. Optional first-party and Google Analytics measurement is activated only after analytics consent. It records page paths without query strings, controlled interaction labels, broad device category and referral information; form names, email addresses, organisation names and free-text responses are not sent to analytics. We do not use enquiry information for ongoing marketing unless separate permission has been given. You can withdraw analytics consent through Privacy choices and contact hello@fractionalforce.ai to ask about information held about you or request correction or deletion.
